Building the foundations
I started close to the mechanics of how businesses operate — finance, suppliers, payroll, inventory, audit and controls — before moving into increasingly complex financial and operational environments.
From control to business partnership
My focus moved from identifying risks to improving how the business operates. I helped shift Process & Control Improvement toward a more integrated Centre of Excellence and Business Partner model.
Designing operating models
I designed a Finance business process model from the ground up, connecting Market-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Hire-to-Retire. The focus evolved from improving individual processes to designing how an organization should operate.
Leading transformation at scale
Following a corporate carve-out, I built the Finance Shared Services model and expanded its country scope from approximately 12 to 37. Today, my work brings together global process ownership, governance, performance and technology enablement.
